HushListing FAQ -- Getting Started Who is HushListing for? Licensed real estate professionals only. Every agent must be verified before introductions are made. How do you verify agents? Verification is done via brokerage work email and industry signals. In select cases we may request license details, NAR ID, or proof of brokerage affiliation. Which markets are supported? Currently U.S. markets. We plan to expand into additional regions. Agents can note their market at signup to help prioritize future coverage. -- Usage & Lifecycle How long do my submissions stay active? Listings auto-expire after 60 days. Buyer briefs stay active for up to 90 days so they can catch new matches. How do I update or cancel a listing or buyer brief? Reply to the original confirmation email with “update” or “cancel,” or email support@hushlisting.com and we’ll take care of it. How do matches and introductions work? When there’s a match, we email both agents in a private introduction thread. Agents can reply to connect or ignore if not a fit. Can my team use HushListing? Yes. Team plans support multiple seats, shared settings, and managed notifications. Notifications & Communication What emails should I whitelist? Whitelist these addresses to ensure you don’t miss important notifications: network@hushlisting.com Can I control notifications? Yes. Choose between instant or digest emails by market. Agents can pause matches anytime or unsubscribe from individual emails. -- Positioning & Compliance Is HushListing a replacement for MLS? No. HushListing is not an MLS replacement—it is an agent-to-agent collaboration network designed to complement the MLS. How does HushListing work with MLS rules? Agents remain fully in control. You can still choose when or if to push listings to the MLS. HushListing is CCP-compliant and focused on private agent networking. How is HushListing complementary to the MLS? It adds value in situations where MLS may not be ideal, such as: Pre-market testing before going public. Privacy-sensitive sellers who want discretion. Buyer briefs (requirement collections) that don’t fit MLS workflows. What terminology does HushListing use? We emphasize network, brief exchange, and early-match tool instead of “private listing platform.” This highlights collaboration, compliance, and complementarity with MLS. -- Privacy & Security How is my data kept private? Property and client details remain masked until you choose to reveal them in an introduction thread. HushListing is compliant with NAR’s Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP). -- Billing & Plans What does it cost? Free tier for core usage up to 10 matches per month to get started. Pro ($59/mo) and Team ($99/mo for up to 3 agents) plans unlock instant priority matches, unlimited volume, and advanced features. Do you integrate with my CRM? Yes. Most major CRMs are supported via email automation. Pro/Team users can request tailored integration support. -- Support & Abuse How do I report abuse or spam?
