Licensed real estate professionals only. We verify via work email and brokerage signals; in select cases we may request a license number or NAR ID before introductions.
How is my data kept private?
Addresses and client identities stay masked until the introduction. We're compliant with NAR's Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP).
What does it cost?
Free for core usage. Pro/Team plans are optional.
What if I don’t get any matches?
Listings: you’ll receive an email when a listing auto‑expires after 60 days — refresh with one click or make it public in MLS/Zillow.
Buyer briefs: we keep monitoring for up to 90 days and email you on new matches; you can update or cancel anytime by replying to the confirmation email.
